Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love everything you purchase from our store! If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.
BOUTIQUE RETURN GUIDELINES
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, and damage.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside a protective shipping box.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit.
- FORMALWEAR (Prom, Homecoming, Mothers' & Some Bridal Dresses)
All formalwear is FINAL SALE.
Due to the seasonal and special occasion nature of these items, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any formal dresses.
KENDRA SCOTT JEWELRY
- No refunds are offered on Kendra Scott products.
- Exchanges only may be made within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following categories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Formalwear: Prom, Homecoming & Mothers’ Dresses
- Clearance or marked-down items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Intimates and bodysuits
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
